1. Acceptance of Terms

This Service provides information regarding the Bahrain eVisa and facilitates the submission of eVisa applications to the relevant government authorities.

• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for the eVisa application process. Providing false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your application or other legal consequences.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and passwords associated with the Service.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or sourced from official government channels), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of International Visa Service Sp. z o. o. sp. k. and its licensors. The content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Poland and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results that may be obtained from the use of the Service (including visa approval) will be accurate, reliable, or guaranteed. Visa decisions are solely at the discretion of the Bahraini government authorities.
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We act as an intermediary service provider facilitating the application process and are not responsible for the final decision made by the immigration authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall International Visa Service Sp. z o. o. sp. k., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Rejection or delay of your visa application by government authorities.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and in no case shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
